Unless stated otherwise all products on our website are sold with a Reassuring 90 days RTB Warranty (Return to Base) or a manufacturers guarantee. Should a fault occur within the warranty period we will then provide you with the information you need to solve your fault or problem. We will endeavour to complete all returns within 5 working days. Why we collect certain information & how we use it.
When you place an order with us we need to know your name, address, email address, credit/debit card number and the card’s expiry date (and also the issue number for some debit cards). This allows us, in conjunction with comidea to process and fulfil your order(s).
